Andrew’s Building Conservation Ltd is a Chartered Building Surveying Company, specialising in historic and traditional buildings.

Andrew Shenton BSc(Hons), DipCons MRICS BCAS, is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Project Manager and also a full member of IHBC Institute of Historic Building Conservation.  His main expertise is applying traditional and historic construction techniques in the preservation of buildings, and in the construction of new buildings, so that they can achieve sustainability and be enjoyed by future generations.

Andrew aims to work with clients, to evolve their dreams and ideas, to bring a building back to purposeful use. His experience of working within the field spans over thirty years, with twenty years spent working at senior project management and design level.
